Working Princible
After years of technological research and development, our company has recently developed the LQF series fluidized bed air mill. The LQF series fluidized bed air mill is a new generation of ultra-fine air milling equipment. It integrates advanced multi-nozzle technology, fluidized bed technology, and vertical classification technology, achieving diversified flow fields, fluidized material layers, vertical classification, and an integrated system of electromechanical combination technology. This represents the direction of development for air mills.
Performance & Characteristics
The fluidized bed air jet pulverizer integrates the principles of pulverization, classification, mixing, and homogenization, achieving unique advantages in combined machine operation, and thus has the following characteristics:
(1) Equipped with a Laval pulverization nozzle with a certain contraction angle, the impact speed is high. Particles are accelerated by the air jet nozzle and collide against each other, with the impact speed being the sum of the relative speeds, resulting in high pulverization efficiency.
(2) Low energy consumption, compared with other types of air jet mills, energy can be saved by 30-40%.
(3) Since the main pulverization action is the mutual impact and collision of particles in the fluidized bed, with few high-speed particles colliding with the mill wall and the material not passing through the nozzle, wear is minimal, and it can even be used to pulverize materials with a Mohs hardness of up to 9.5.
(4) The large diameter vertical classification rotor inside ensures high classification accuracy, the particle size distribution range of the product is narrow, and the particle size adjustment is very convenient, not affected by the feed particle size.
(5) The application range is wide and can pulverize heat-sensitive materials.
(6) The equipment operates smoothly and quietly, with noise levels far below the permissible values (<85dB).
(7) Compact structure, the floor space is reduced by 3-6 times compared to other traditional air jet mills, and the volume is reduced by 6-10 times.
(8) The classification chamber can be rotated 180°, and the pulverization chamber has a quick-opening structure, making equipment cleaning easy and convenient for changing the pulverization variety.
(9) Advanced automatic control functions make operation very convenient and ensure safe and reliable operation.
(10) The entire system operates in a fully enclosed environment, with an advanced and aesthetically pleasing appearance, reflecting the modern powder deep processing technology's good working environment and superior performance.
