After the materials enter the crushing chamber, they are fluidized under the action of a centripetal countercurrent jet field formed by a high-speed compressed jet. The accelerated materials gather at the intersection of multiple nozzles, causing severe impact, collision and friction to be crushed. The crushed fine powder moves with the air flow to the upper classification chamber. Due to the high-speed rotation of the classification wheel, the coarse powder returns to the crushing chamber to continue being crushed under the action of centrifugal force, and the fine powder that meets the fineness requirements is discharged from the exhaust port. It enters the cyclone separator and the dust remover and is collected. The dusty gas is separated from the gas and solid in the dust remover, and the gas is expelled by the induced draft fan.
