The machine mainly consists of the main body and the pulverizing disc assembly. The pulverizing disc is directly driven by the motor, featuring a high pulverization line speed. Multiple rows of pulverizing blades are installed on the pulverizing disc, and several fixed blades are installed on both sides of the main body, with a certain spacing maintained between the pulverizing blades and the fixed blades. The machine is installed and connected to a vertical pipeline. When the material enters the cavity, it is crushed under the impact of the high-speed rotating pulverizing blades. This equipment is suitable for crushing agglomerated materials and can also serve as a coarse pulverizer after feeding.
It can be widely used in industries such as dyes, pigments, pesticides, chemical, and food, making it an ideal pre-pulverization equipment for assembly lines. It can be operated in dry method or wet method.
