Working Princible

After the material enters the crushing chamber, it fluidizes under the action of the Centripetal counter-flow jet field formed by the high-speed compressed jet, and the accelerated material joins at the intersection point of the multi-nozzles, the pulverized fine powder moves with the airflow to the upper part of the chamber. Due to the high-speed rotation of the classification wheel, the coarse powder returns to the chamber under the action of centrifugal force and continues to be pulverized, the fine powder which meets the fineness requirement is discharged from the exhaust port, and is collected into the cyclone separator and the dust collector.
