Product Description

Flat airflow mill is a kind of airflow mill. Since the structure of the pulverizing chamber of flat air flow mill is simple and easy to manufacture, it is widely used. The structure mainly consists of pulverizing chamber, nozzle port, discharge port, airflow outlet, compressed air inlet, grading area and so on.

 

Working Princible

through the nozzle to the compressed air or superheated steam into a high-speed airflow, when the material through the feeder into the crushing chamber by the high-speed airflow shear effect, strong impact and intense friction to make the material crushed into ultra-fine products.
 

Performance & Characteristics

1. Suitable for ultra-fine pulverization of dry and brittle materials, it is easy to obtain material of several microns;
