Laboratory Crusher
High-speed jets generated by the pressurized gas passing through the feed injection nozzles create a negative pressure in the feed mixing chamber, causing the crushed raw materials to be automatically drawn into the mixing chamber and injected into the crushing chamber by the jets. Several nozzles around the crushing chamber spray supersonic jets into it, causing the particles entering the chamber to collide vigorously, grind against each other, and thus be crushed. Coarse particles are recycled back into the crushing chamber for further crushing, while fine particles are discharged through the central outlet, resulting in uniform ultrafine particles.
This machine can be widely used in industries such as chemicals, lithium batteries, pigments, cosmetics, pesticides, metallurgy, mining, ink manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, plastics, papermaking, dyes, abrasives, and food.
