Working Princible

After years of technology research and development, upgrading and improvement, in recent years, our company developed LQF series fluidized-bed air mill, LQF series fluidized-bed air mill is a new generation of ultra-fine air grinding equipment, integrating the international advanced multi-nozzle technology, fluidized bed technology and vertical classification technology in one. The technical system of flow field diversification, laminar fluidization, hierarchical vertical and electromechanical integration is realized, which is the development direction of air mill.

Performance & Characteristics

Fluidized bed jet mill, set crushing, grading, mixing, homogenization mechanism in one, to achieve the unique advantages of online operation, so it has the following characteristics:
(1) The Laval grinding nozzle with a certain shrinkage Angle has a high impact speed, and the particles are accelerated by the airflow nozzle after hedging the impact, the impact speed is the superposition of the two relative speeds, and the crushing efficiency is high.
(2) Low energy consumption, compared with other types of air mill, can save 30 ~ 40% energy.
(3) Because the main crushing effect is the mutual impact and collision of particles in the fluidized bed, the high-speed particles rarely collide with the wall and the material does not pass the nozzle, the wear is very small, and it can even be used to crush high-hardness materials with Mohs pressure up to 9.5.
(4) The large diameter vertical grouping rotor is equipped with high grouping accuracy, the particle size distribution range of the product is narrow, the particle size adjustment is extremely convenient, and is not affected by the particle size of the feed.
(5) Wide application range, and can crush heat-sensitive materials.
(6) The equipment runs smoothly and has low noise, and its value is far below the allowable value (< 85dB).
(7) Compact structure, the footprint is reduced by 3 ~ 6 times compared with other traditional air mill, and the volume is 6 ~ 10 times smaller.
(8) The grading room can be turned over by 180°, and the crushing room has a quick-opening structure, which makes the equipment easy to clean and the crushing variety convenient to change.
