Working Princible

The material is forcibly fed into the crushing chamber through a spiral feeder, where it is impacted by high-speed rotating swing hammers and simultaneously subjected to shearing action between the hammers and the upper tooth plate. Under the action of the swirling flow within the tooth groove, the material undergoes further mutual friction, collision, and other forces to achieve crushing. The product is discharged from the lower part of the machine, where a screen mesh is available to adjust and control the particle size of the product.

Performance & Characteristics

1. This machine is suitable for crushing soft minerals, brittle materials, fibrous materials, and solid materials with agglomerates.
2. The outer shell jacket of Type I machine can be cooled with water to appropriately reduce the internal temperature of the machine.
3. Screens with various apertures can control and adjust the particle size of the product. The particle size can also be adjusted by changing the rotation speed.
4. It can be specially designed into various combinations to suit the needs of different materials and users.
