A shredder is a kind of machine used for fine crushing. It is generally employed to process raw materials or scraps, making them smaller in size. A typical example is that the scraps of plastics or rubber are shredded and then used as raw materials. After being melted, they are pelletized and reused to make plastic bottles, tires, trash cans and so on. Shredders are applied in the plastic recycling and regeneration industry and are often used for crushing waste large-diameter PE plastic pipes, bundled and packed plastic films, stacks of plastic sheets and die head materials.
The applications of shredders generally include:
1, Shredding substandard products into smaller pieces for recycling.
2, Reducing the volume of raw materials so that they can be mixed with other materials for use.
3, Shredding organic substances to produce biofuels.
4, Shredding some textile materials to facilitate the reuse of fibers, such as the pulverization of carpets.
