The crushing chamber of this machine consists of the casing, door, main shaft, impeller assembly, screen assembly, feed hopper, and discharge pipe, among other components. It primarily utilizes the vortex generated by the backside of the impeller blades to crush materials. During operation, the motor drives the main shaft and the impeller to rotate at high speed. Since the impeller and the teeth on the screen ring maintain a very small gap, the material entering the machine is ground again in the narrow space of the rotating airflow. In this process, the impeller sucks in a large amount of air, which cools the machine, the material being ground, and facilitates the conveyance of fine powder. Uniquely, a certain number of moving pins and static pins are added to the impeller and the door respectively, achieving pre-crushing of the material entering the crushing area. Additionally, a flat tooth ring that matches the outer side of the blade end face is added to the door to prevent coarse particles that have not been sufficiently crushed from escaping the crushing chamber. The fineness of the crushed material depends on its properties, the diameter of the screen holes, and the throughput of the material and air.
