This machine is mainly constituted by the body and the milling disc assembly. The milling disc is directly driven by an electric motor, offering a higher milling linear velocity. On the milling disc, there are multiple rows of milling knives, and on both sides of the body, several stationary knives are mounted, maintaining a certain spacing from the milling knives. The machine is installed and connected to a vertical pipe. After the material enters the cavity, under the impact of the high-speed rotating milling knives, adhesive lumped material is crushed. This device is suitable for crushing aggregated materials and can also serve as a coarse mill after adding materials.
It can be extensively applied in industries such as dyes, pigments, pesticides, chemical products, and food, being an ideal pre-crushing equipment for use on assembly lines. It can operate using dry production methods or wet operation processes.
