Working Princible

The crushing room of this machine is composed of casing, door, spindle, turbine assembly, screen assembly, feed hopper and discharge pipe and other components. It mainly uses the vortex produced on the back of the turbine blade to complete the crushing of the material.
Working, the motor drive the spindle and turbine high-speed rotation, due to the turbine and the screen ring keep a small clearance, make the material into the machine in the gap of the rotating air grinding again, in the process, the turbine into a lot of air, played the role of cooling the machine, abrasive and conveying fine powder, different is in the turbine and the door respectively increased a certain number of needle and static needle, reached the material into the crushing area. At the same time, the plane tooth ring consistent with the outside of the blade end surface on the door is added to avoid the coarse particles running out of the crushing cavity. The crushing fineness of the material depends on the nature of the material, the aperture of the screen and the passage of the material and air.
