Product Description

Hammer mill grinding pulverizer for fine or coarse power JF model
 

Working Princible

Materials are forcibly fed into the grinding chamber through a screw feeder. They are subjected to impact from high-speed rotating pendulum hammers and simultaneously undergo shearing action between the hammer and the upper tooth plate. Under the effect of vortex flow within the tooth grooves, materials experience further friction, collisions, and other forces, achieving comminution. The product is discharged from the lower part of the machine, where a screen can be adjusted to control and regulate the particle size of the product

Performance & Characteristics

1. This machine is suitable for soft minerals, brittle materials, fibrous substances, and other solid materials, as well as for breaking up agglomerated materials.
2. The jacketed housing of Type I machines can be water-cooled, which helps to reduce the internal temperature appropriately.
3. Various sieve meshes can control and adjust the product particle size, which can also be regulated by changing the rotational speed.
