Working Princible

Working Principle: Material is forced into the pulverizing chamber through a spiral feeder, where it is impacted by the high-speed rotating swing hammers and simultaneously subjected to shearing between the hammers and the upper toothed plate. The material is further pulverized by the action of friction and collision within the tooth slots due to the vortex flow, achieving the desired fineness. The product is discharged from the lower part of the machine, where a screen at the bottom can adjust and control the product particle size.

Performance & Characteristics

1. This machine is suitable for the pulverization of soft minerals, brittle materials, fibrous solid materials, and the disintegration of agglomerated materials.
2. The shell jacket of the Type I machine can be water-cooled to appropriately reduce the temperature inside the machine.
