Working Princible

After entering the grinding chamber, the material is fluidized under the action of the centripetal countercurrent jet field formed by the high-speed compressed jet stream. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of multiple nozzles, generating intense impact, collision, and friction, resulting in comminution. The finely ground powder moves with the airflow to the upper classification chamber. Due to the high-speed rotation of the classifier wheel, coarse particles are returned to the grinding chamber under centrifugal force for further grinding, while the fine powder meeting the fineness requirements is discharged from the exhaust port and collected in the cyclone separator and dust collector. Dust-laden gas undergoes gas-solid separation within the dust collector, and the gas is then exhausted by the induced draft fan.

Performance & Characteristics

1. Low energy consumption, achieving a 30% energy saving compared to traditional fluidized bed jet mills.
2. As the material in the grinding chamber primarily collides with each other, with minimal impact on the inner chamber wall, contamination of the material is minimal, enabling the production of high-purity materials.
3. Equipped with a built-in self-dividing fine powder classifier, ensuring a concentrated particle size distribution and eliminating oversized particles in the final product.
4. Low-temperature and media-free grinding, especially suitable for materials with low melting points, thermal sensitivity, sugar content, and volatility.
5. For flammable and explosive materials, inert gas can be used as a medium to achieve fully enclosed grinding, with low consumption due to the recycled use of the inert gas. It boasts automatic control capabilities and ease of operation.
