Product Description

Precision Laboratory Grinding Mill

Working Princible

The high-speed jet generated by the pressure gas passing through the feeding ejector nozzle creates a negative pressure in the feeding mixing chamber, which automatically draws the crushing material into the mixing chamber. The material is then sprayed into the crushing chamber by the jet. Surrounding the crushing chamber are several nozzles that inject supersonic jets into the chamber, causing the particles entering the chamber to collide intensely, self-grind, and be crushed. Coarse particles are circulated back into the crushing chamber for further crushing, while fine particles are discharged through the central outlet, obtaining uniformly sized ultra-fine particles.
 

Performance & Characteristics
  1. Suitable for dry ultra-fine processing, due to the high impact speed, which can reach over 2 Mach, it is generally easy to obtain particles of 1-10 micrometers.
  2. Compared to fluidized bed jet mills, the control of particle size is slightly less precise, but it has excellent crushing effects on materials with viscosity, without the phenomenon of clogging during the crushing process.
  3. No temperature rise during the crushing process. The compressed gas nozzle causes the temperature to drop, and there is no mechanical friction, so the crushing process does not generate heat, making it suitable for crushing heat-sensitive and low-melting-point materials.
  4. The equipment has the advantages of short crushing time, simple structure, no moving parts during operation, convenient maintenance, small footprint, low noise, and no vibration.
  5. High crushing efficiency, capable of continuous crushing, ensuring the purity of the crushed products.
