Precision Laboratory Grinding Mill
The high-speed jet generated by the pressure gas passing through the feeding ejector nozzle creates a negative pressure in the feeding mixing chamber, which automatically draws the crushing material into the mixing chamber. The material is then sprayed into the crushing chamber by the jet. Surrounding the crushing chamber are several nozzles that inject supersonic jets into the chamber, causing the particles entering the chamber to collide intensely, self-grind, and be crushed. Coarse particles are circulated back into the crushing chamber for further crushing, while fine particles are discharged through the central outlet, obtaining uniformly sized ultra-fine particles.
