Turbine-driven Crusher
 
Working Princible

The crushing chamber of this machine consists of components such as the casing, door, main shaft, turbine assembly, screen assembly, feeding hopper, and discharge pipe. It mainly uses the vortex generated by the back of the turbine blades to complete the crushing of materials. During operation, the motor drives the spindle and turbine to rotate at high speed. Due to the small gap between the turbine and the teeth on the screen ring, the material entering the machine is ground again in the gaps of the rotating airflow. During this process, the turbine sucks in a large amount of air, which cools the machine, abrasives, and transports fine powder. What sets it apart is the addition of a certain number of moving and stationary needles on the turbine and door, achieving the purpose of pre crushing the material entering the crushing area. At the same time, a flat gear ring that matches the outer side of the blade end face has been added to the machine door to prevent coarse particles that have not been fully crushed from running out of the crushing chamber. The fineness of material crushing depends on the properties of the material, the aperture of the sieve, and the passage rate of the material and air.

Performance & Characteristics
1. This machine has the characteristics of compact and reasonable structure, stable operation, convenient installation and maintenance (without foundation), small floor space, large production capacity and no dust pollution.
2. The crushing ratio is large, usually the raw materials are less than 10mm, and the crushing fineness is adjustable within the range of 20-325 meshes.
3. The equipment generates large air volume during operation and has good self-cooling function, so it can also be applied to some heat-sensitive materials.
4. This machine belongs to high-speed turbine pulverizer, with high efficiency and large crushing capacity per unit power, so the operation cost is low, the whole system configuration is reasonable, and the one-time investment cost is low.
 
Scope of Application
This machine is widely used in chemical industry, dyes, pigments, coatings, pesticides, food, feed, plastics, non-metallic minerals and other industries, and is suitable for crushing brittle and fibrous soft materials with medium and low hardness.
