The high speed jet generated by the pressure gas passing through the feed injection nozzle forms a negative pressure in the feed mixing chamber, so that the crushing raw materials are automatically sucked into the mixing chamber and sprayed into the crushing chamber by the jet. Several nozzles outside the crushing chamber spray supersonic jets into the crushing chamber, so that the particles entering the crushing chamber have a fierce collision and are crushed by self-grinding. The coarse particles are recycled back to the grinding chamber for further grinding, and the fine particles are discharged at the central discharge port to obtain uniform ultrafine particles.
This machine can be widely used in chemical industry, lithium battery, pigment, cosmetics, pesticides, metallurgy, mining, ink industry, medicine, plastics, paper, dyes, abrasives, food and other industries.
1. Suitable for dry ultrafine process, due to the impact speed is large, up to Mach 2 or more, under normal circumstances it is easy to obtain 1-10 micron particles.
2. Compared with the fluidized bed jet mill, the controllability of the grinding fineness is poor, but it has a good crushing effect for the material with viscosity, and the crushing process will not produce the phenomenon that the blocking material cannot be crushed.
3. No temperature rise, the crushing process due to the compressed gas nozzle, the temperature drops, and there is no mechanical friction process, so the crushing process will not rise, suitable for the crushing of heat-sensitive, low melting point materials.
