After entering the crushing chamber, the material is fluidized under the action of the centripetal counter current jet field formed by high-speed compression jet. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of multiple nozzles, producing violent impact, collision, and friction to be crushed. The crushed fine powder moves with the airflow to the upper stage chamber. Due to the high-speed rotation of the grading wheel, the coarse powder returns to the crushing chamber under the action of centrifugal force for further crushing. The fine powder that meets the fineness requirements is discharged from the exhaust port and enters the cyclone separator and dust collector for collection. The dust containing gas undergoes gas-solid separation in the dust collector, and the gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.
