Inside the machine, a pulverizing rotor composed of 56 blades in 4 sets of cutterheads is supported on the bearing pedestals of the left and right end covers, rotating at high speed. This causes solid material particles to undergo various mechanisms such as extrusion, tearing, collision, and shearing between the tooth-shaped lining plate in the inner cavity and the blades, achieving the purpose of pulverization. Simultaneously, the high-speed rotation of the large and small impellers at both ends of the rotor creates a vortex effect through the cavity between the inlet and outlet, allowing the pulverized particles to smoothly pass from the large gap (inlet) to the small gap, achieving pulverization and refinement. To limit excessive temperature within the cavity, enhance pulverization efficiency, and prevent particle adhesion to the cavity, blades, and teeth, as well as agglomeration, four sets of wide cavity water jackets are used on the cavity surface for forced water cooling, keeping the cavity temperature within a low range.
