Working Princible
After years of technological research and development, upgrading and improvement, our company has developed the LQF series fluidized bed air flow mill in recent years. The LQF series fluidized bed air flow mill is a new generation of ultrafine air flow crushing equipment, which integrates advanced multi nozzle technology, fluidized bed technology and vertical classification technology internationally. It has achieved diversified flow fields, fluidized bed fluidization, vertical classification and electromechanical integration technology system, which is the development direction of air flow mills.
Performance & Characteristics
The fluidized bed airflow crusher integrates the mechanisms of crushing, grading, mixing, and homogenization, and has the unique advantages of online operation. Therefore, it has the following characteristics:
(1) Using a Laval crushing nozzle with a certain contraction angle, the impact velocity is high, and the particles are accelerated by the airflow nozzle and collide against each other. The impact velocity is the superposition of two relative velocities, resulting in high crushing efficiency.
(2) Low energy consumption, compared to other types of airflow mills, it can save 30-40% energy.
(3) Due to the main crushing effect being the mutual impact and collision of particles in the fluidized bed, high-speed particles rarely collide with the grinding wall and materials do not pass through the nozzle, resulting in minimal wear. It can even be used to crush high hardness materials with Mohs pressure up to 9.5 levels.
(4) Equipped with large-diameter vertical grouping rotors, the grouping accuracy is high, and the particle size distribution range of the product is narrow, making particle size adjustment extremely convenient and not affected by the feeding particle size.
(5) Widely applicable and capable of crushing heat sensitive materials.
(6) The equipment runs smoothly with low noise, and its value is much lower than the permitted value (<85dB).
(7) Compact structure, occupying 3-6 times less space and 6-10 times smaller volume compared to other traditional airflow mills.
(8) The grading room can be flipped 180 degrees, and the crushing room has a quick opening structure, making equipment cleaning easy and crushing varieties easy to change.
(9) Advanced automatic control function makes operation very convenient and safe and reliable.
(10) The entire system operates in a fully enclosed manner, and the equipment has an advanced, beautiful, and practical appearance, reflecting the excellent working environment and superior performance that modern powder deep processing technology should have.
