After the material enters the grinding chamber, it becomes fluidized under the action of the centripetal counterflow spray field formed by the high-speed compressed jets. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of multiple nozzles, where intense impact, collision, and friction occur, leading to comminution. The finely ground powder moves upward with the airflow into the upper classification chamber. Due to the high-speed rotation of the grading wheel, coarse particles are returned to the grinding chamber under the effect of centrifugal force to continue grinding, while fine particles meeting the size requirement are discharged from the exhaust port, entering the cyclone separator and dust collector for collection. The dusty gas undergoes gas-solid separation in the dust collector, and the clean gas is expelled by the exhaust fan.
