Working Princible

After years of technology research and development, upgrade, in recent years, our company developed LQF series fluidized bed air grinding, LQF series fluidized bed flow grinder is a new generation of ultra micro airflow crushing equipment, set international advanced nozzle technology, fluidized bed technology and vertical grading technology, realize the diversified flow field, material layer fluidization, grading vertical and electromechanical integration combination technology system, is the development direction of air grinding.

Performance & Characteristics

Fluidized bed airflow grinder integrates crushing, grading, mixing and homogenization mechanism to realize the unique advantages of online operation, so it has the following characteristics:
(1) The Lavar crushing nozzle with a certain shrinkage Angle is adopted, and the impact speed is high. After the particle is accelerated, the impact speed is the superposition of two relative speeds, and the crushing efficiency is high.
(2) Low energy consumption, compared with other types of airflow grinding, can save energy by 30~40%.
(3) Because the main crushing effect is the mutual impact and collision of particles in the fluidized bed, the high-speed particles rarely collide with the grinding wall and the material does not pass the nozzle, the wear is very small, and even can be used to crush the high hardness materials with mohs pressure of 9.5 level.
(4) The large diameter vertical grouping rotor grouping has high accuracy, the particle size distribution range of the product is narrow, the particle size adjustment is very convenient, and is not affected by the particle size of the material.
(5) A wide range of application, and can crush the heat-sensitive materials.
(6) The equipment operates smoothly and has low noise, and its value is far lower than the permitted value (<85dB).
(7) Compact structure, 3~6 times less compared with other traditional air grinding, and 6~10 times less volume.
