Inside the machine, a crushing rotor composed of 4 sets of blade discs with a total of 56 blades is supported on the bearing seats at the left and right end covers for high-speed rotation. This causes the solid material particles to be subjected to a variety of mechanisms such as extrusion, tearing, collision, and shearing between the toothed lining plate and the blades in the inner cavity, thereby achieving the purpose of crushing. At the same time, the high-speed rotation of the large and small impellers at both ends of the rotor creates a vortex effect through the cavity between the inlet and outlet, allowing the crushed particles to flow smoothly from the inlet (with a large gap) to the outlet (with a small gap), achieving crushing and refining. To limit the excessive temperature inside the cavity, improve crushing efficiency, and prevent particles from sticking to the cavity, blades, or clogging the teeth, four sets of wide-body water jacket are used on the surface of the cavity for forced water cooling, keeping the cavity temperature at a low limit.
