Gas Stream Grading machine WF-300

Working Princible

The classifier consists of the upper cylinder, the air sifting body, the lower cylinder, the grading rotor, the exhaust duct, and other components. Depending on the feeding method, materials enter the classifier through the inclined pipe beside the upper cylinder from the feeder, falling freely. At the screening body, coarse particles descend along the cylinder wall while fine powders ascend to the grading wheel. Under the action of centrifugal force, some of the coarse particles fall back to the sifting body for further dispersion and classification. Qualified fine particles are discharged from the outlet of the exhaust pipe outside the machine, while the coarse particles are expelled from the discharge port of the lower cylinder. Materials can also enter from the primary air inlet, resulting in better grading performance.

It has a compact structure, is easy to operate, maintain, and clean, and allows for convenient adjustment of particle size. It occupies minimal space and is easy to install. It can be used in conjunction with mechanical or pneumatic mills for closed-loop operation, enhancing effective production capacity. In closed-loop operation, it permits the grinding of heat-sensitive and low-melting-point materials in the mechanical mill.
 

Scope of Application

This machine is an air classifier suitable for grading non-sticky materials. It can grade spherical, flaky, and fibrous particles. It is applicable across various industries including chemical, mineral, construction materials, electronics, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, coatings, dyes, food, metallurgy, and feedstuffs, capable of grading both organic and inorganic substances.
