Working Princible

The crushing chamber of this machine consists of multiple rows of moving needles on the moving plate and multiple rows of static needles on the stationary plate, with the moving needles and static needles arranged in a regular staggered pattern. When working, air and materials enter simultaneously. After the materials enter the center of the crushing chamber through a quantitative feeder, the high-speed rotating moving disk transfers centrifugal force to the materials. The materials are accelerated and move towards the outer edge of the moving disk. The material particles are violently impacted, rubbed, and rubbed between the moving and stationary needles to be crushed.
