Working Princible

After years of technical research and development, upgrading and perfection, in recent years, our company has developed LQF series fluidized bed jet mill. LQF series fluidized bed jet mill is a new generation of ultra-micro jet mill equipment, which integrates international advanced multi-nozzle technology, fluidized bed technology and vertical classification technology, and realizes the combined technical system of flow field diversification, material flow fluidization, classification verticalization and electromechanical integration, which is the development direction of jet mill.

Performance & Characteristics

Fluidized-bed air-flow pulverizer integrates the mechanisms of pulverization, classification, mixing and homogenization to realize the unique advantages of on-line operation, so it has the following characteristics:
(1) The Laval pulverizing nozzle with a certain contraction angle is adopted, so that the impact speed is high, and the particles collide with each other after being accelerated by the airflow nozzle, and the impact speed is the superposition of two relative speeds, so that the pulverizing efficiency is high.
(2) Low energy consumption, which can save energy by 30-40% compared with other types of jet mills.
(3) Because the main crushing action is the mutual impact and collision of particles in the fluidized bed, high-speed particles rarely collide with the grinding wall and the material does not pass through the nozzle, the wear is very small, and it can even be used to crush high-hardness materials with Mohs pressure up to 9.5.
(4) The built-in large-diameter vertical grouping rotor has high grouping accuracy, narrow product particle size distribution range, and extremely convenient particle size adjustment, which is not affected by the incoming particle size.
