Inside the machine, the pulverizing rotor, composed of 4 sets of blade discs with a total of 56 blades, is supported on the bearing seats of the left and right end covers for high-speed rotation. This causes solid material particles to be subjected to various mechanisms such as compression, tearing, collision, and shearing between the toothed lining plates and the blades in the cavity, thereby achieving pulverization. At the same time, the high-speed rotation of the large and small impellers at both ends of the rotor forms a vortex effect between the inlet and outlet through the cavity, allowing the pulverized particles to smoothly pass from a large gap (inlet) to a smaller gap (outlet), achieving pulverization and refinement. To limit the temperature inside the cavity from getting too high, improve pulverization efficiency, and prevent particles from sticking to the cavity, sticking to the blades, plugging the teeth, or clumping, four sets of wide cavity water jackets on the surface of the cavity force water cooling, keeping the cavity temperature under control at a lower limit.
