The pulverization chamber of this machine is composed of components such as the casing, machine door, main shaft, turbine assembly, screen assembly, feed hopper, and discharge pipe. It primarily utilizes the vortex produced on the back of the turbine blades to complete the pulverization of the material. During operation, the motor drives the main shaft and turbine to rotate at high speed. Due to the small gap maintained between the turbine and the toothed blocks on the screen circle, the material entering the machine is further ground in the gaps of the rotating airflow. In this process, the turbine draws in a large amount of air, serving to cool the machine, grind the material, and transport fine powder. Uniquely, a certain number of movable and stationary needles are added to the turbine and machine door, respectively, to achieve the purpose of pre-pulverization of the material entering the pulverization area. At the same time, a planar toothed ring that matches the outer side of the blade end face is added to the machine door, preventing coarse particles that have not been sufficiently pulverized from escaping the pulverization chamber. The fineness of the material's pulverization depends on the nature of the material, the pore size of the screen, and the throughput of the material and air.
