Working Princible
After years of technological research and development, upgrades, and improvements, our company has recently developed the LQF series fluidized bed jet mill. The LQF series fluidized bed jet mill is a new generation of ultra-fine airflow crushing equipment, integrating advanced international multi-nozzle technology, fluidized bed technology, and vertical classification technology. It realizes the diversification of flow fields, fluidization of material layers, vertical classification, and the integration of mechanical and electrical systems. It represents the development direction of airflow mills.
Performance & Characteristics
The fluidized bed airflow crushing machine combines crushing, classification, mixing, and homogenization mechanisms to achieve unique advantages of continuous operation, with the following characteristics:
(1) It uses a Laval crushing nozzle with a certain convergence angle, which has a high impact speed. After being accelerated by the airflow nozzle, the particles collide head-on, and the collision speed is the sum of the relative speeds, resulting in high crushing efficiency.
(2) Low energy consumption, compared with other types of airflow mills, it can save 30~40% of energy.
(3) Since the main crushing action is the mutual impact and collision of particles in the fluidized bed, high-speed particles rarely collide with the mill wall, and the material does not pass through the nozzle, resulting in minimal wear, and it can even be used to crush materials with a Mohs hardness of up to 9.5.
(4) The machine is equipped with a large-diameter vertical classification rotor, which has high classification accuracy, a narrow product particle size distribution range, and convenient particle size adjustment, which is not affected by the feed particle size.
(5) Wide application range, and can crush heat-sensitive materials.
(6) The equipment operates smoothly with low noise, far below the permissible value (<85dB).
(7) The structure is compact, reducing the floor space by 3~6 times compared to other traditional airflow mills, and the volume is reduced by 6~10 times.
(8) The classification chamber can be flipped 180°, and the crushing chamber has a quick-open door structure, making equipment cleaning easy and convenient for changing crushing varieties.
(9) Advanced automatic control functions make the operation very convenient, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
(10) The entire system operates in a fully enclosed manner, with an advanced and aesthetically pleasing design, reflecting the excellent working environment and superior performance that modern powder deep processing technology should have.
