Working Princible
After years of dedicated technological research, upgrades, and refinements, our company has recently developed the LQF series fluidized bed jet mill. The LQF series fluidized bed jet mill represents a new generation of ultra-fine jet milling equipment that integrates internationally advanced multi-nozzle technology, fluidized bed technology, and vertical classification technology. It achieves diversified flow fields, fluidization of material layers, vertical classification, and an integrated electromechanical technology system, positioning it as the future direction of jet milling development.
Performance & Characteristics
The fluidized bed jet mill integrates mechanisms for crushing, classification, mixing, and homogenization into one, offering unique advantages for online operation. Consequently, it possesses the following characteristics:
- High-efficiency crushing: Equipped with Laval nozzles featuring a certain degree of convergence angle, it delivers high impact velocities. Particles accelerated by the nozzles collide head-on, with the impact velocity being the superposition of two relative velocities, resulting in high crushing efficiency.
- Low energy consumption: Compared to other types of jet mills, it can save 30 to 40% of energy.
- Minimal wear and tear: As the primary crushing mechanism involves the mutual impact and collision of particles within the fluidized bed, high-speed particles rarely collide with the mill walls, and materials do not pass through nozzles. This minimizes wear and tear, even allowing it to crush materials with Mohs hardness up to 9.5.
- Precise classification: The built-in large-diameter vertical classifying rotor ensures high classification accuracy, resulting in a narrow particle size distribution range. Size adjustment is extremely convenient and unaffected by the feed particle size.
- Wide range of applications: It can handle a wide range of materials, including heat-sensitive ones.
- Stable operation and low noise: The equipment operates smoothly with noise levels significantly below the permissible limit (<85dB).
- Compact design: Its footprint is 3 to 6 times smaller, and its volume is 6 to 10 times smaller, compared to other traditional jet mills.
- Easy maintenance and versatility: The classification chamber can rotate 180°, and the crushing chamber features a quick-opening door structure, facilitating easy cleaning and convenient switching between different materials.
- Advanced automatic control: Offers convenient operation and reliable, safe performance.
