Working Princible

The multifunctional crusher utilizes the high-speed relative motion between the movable toothed disc and the fixed toothed disc, causing the material to be crushed to undergo comprehensive effects such as tooth impact, friction, and mutual impact between materials, resulting in crushing. The machine has a simple and robust structure, operates smoothly, and has a good crushing effect. The crushed material can be directly discharged from the main machine's grinding chamber, and the particle size can be obtained by replacing screens with different aperture sizes. Additionally, the machine is made entirely of stainless steel. The inner wall of the machine housing is machined to achieve a smooth surface, which changes the rough inner wall and powder accumulation of previous models, making the production of pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals more in line with national standards and meeting GMP requirements.

This series of products features a novel design, simple structure, smooth operation, reliable manipulation, low noise, and minimal vibration. The discharge outlet is equipped with a suction device, which has the characteristics of low temperature rise and high discharge volume.
