Working Princible

The material is forcibly fed into the crushing chamber through a spiral feeder, where it is subjected to the impact of high-speed rotating pendulums, and simultaneously sheared between the hammers and the upper tooth plate. Under the action of the swirling current in the tooth groove, the material is further subjected to friction, collision, and other forces to achieve pulverization. The product is discharged from the bottom of the machine, where a screen can be adjusted to control the particle size of the product.
