Miniature Laboratory Crusher
After the pressurized gas passes through the feeding ejector nozzle, it generates a high-speed jet that creates a vacuum in the feeding mixing chamber. This causes the material to be automatically drawn into the mixing chamber and then propelled by the jet stream into the grinding chamber. Surrounding the grinding chamber are several nozzles that shoot supersonic jets into it, causing intense collisions between particles within the chamber, resulting in self-grinding and thus pulverization. Coarse particles are recycled back into the grinding chamber for further pulverization, while fine particles are discharged from the central outlet, yielding uniformly ultrafine particles.
This machine can be widely applied across industries such as chemical, lithium batteries, pigments, cosmetics, pesticides, metallurgy, mining, ink, medicine, plastics, papermaking, dyes, abrasives, food, and more.
