Working Princible

The crushing chamber of this machine is composed of multiple rows of moving needles on the moving disc and multiple rows of static needles on the static plate, and the moving needles and the static needles are regularly staggered. When working, air and material enter at the same time, after the material enters the center of the crushing chamber through the quantitative feeder, the high-speed rotating moving plate transmits the centrifugal force to the material, the material moves to the outer edge of the moving disc by acceleration, and the material particles are violently impacted, kneaded, rubbed and crushed between the moving needle and the static needle.
