Working Princible

The pressure gas by feeding the ejector nozzle to produce high-speed jet and form negative pressure in the feed mixing chamber, so that the crushed raw materials automatically inhaled into the mixing chamber and the jet is injected into the grinding chamber, several nozzles of the periphery of the grinding chamber jet supersonic jet forward to the grinding chamber, so that the particles into the crushing chamber are violent collision and milling then crushed. Coarse particles loop back to the smash indoor to continue crushing, the fine particles in the center of the discharge port discharge, at last gained uniform ultrafine particles.

Performance & Characteristics

1.It is used in dry supermicro technology, as the high impact velocity, can be up to Mach 2.5 above, under normal circumstances, easy access to the 1-10 micron particles.
2.As the self-classification of grinder inner, coarse particles in the products endless cycle of crushing, which can get uniform particle size distribution of a small range of products.

Scope of Application
