Working Princible
After years of technical research and development, upgrading and improvement, our company has developed the LQF series fluidized bed airflow mill in recent years. The LQF series fluidized bed airflow mill is a new generation of ultra-fine airflow milling equipment, integrating the internationally advanced multi-nozzle technology, fluidized bed technology and vertical classification technology, realizing the diversification of flow fields, fluidization of material layers, vertical classification and mechatronics combined technology system, which is the development direction of airflow mills.
Performance & Characteristics
The fluidized bed airflow mill integrates the mechanisms of crushing, classification, mixing and homogenization, realizing the unique advantages of online operation, and therefore has the following characteristics:
(1) It adopts a Laval crushing nozzle with a certain contraction angle, with a high impact speed. The particles are accelerated by the airflow nozzle and then collide with each other. The impact speed is the superposition of the two relative speeds, and the crushing efficiency is high.
(2) Low energy consumption. Compared with other types of airflow mills, it can save 30-40% energy.
(3) Since the main crushing effect is the mutual impact and collision of particles in the fluidized bed, high-speed particles rarely collide with the mill wall and the material does not pass through the nozzle, etc., the wear is extremely small, and it can even be used to crush high-hardness materials with a Mohs pressure of 9.5.
(4) The internal large-diameter vertical grouping rotor has high grouping accuracy, the product particle size distribution range is narrow, the particle size adjustment is extremely convenient, and it is not affected by the feed particle size.
(5) The application range is wide and it can crush heat-sensitive materials.
(6) The equipment runs smoothly and has low noise, which is far below the permitted value (<85dB).
(7) The structure is compact, the floor space is reduced by 3 to 6 times compared with other traditional air flow mills, and the volume is 6 to 10 times smaller.
(8) The classification chamber can be turned 180°, and the crushing chamber has a quick-opening door structure, which makes the equipment easy to clean and the crushing variety easy to change.
(9) Advanced automatic control function makes operation very convenient and operation safe and reliable.
(10) The whole system is fully enclosed, and the equipment is advanced, beautiful and practical, reflecting the good working environment and superior performance of modern powder deep processing technology.
