The grinding chamber of the machine is composed of the shell, the door, the main shaft, the turbine assembly, the screen assembly, the hopper and the discharge pipe, etc. It mainly uses the eddy current produced on the back of the turbine blade to complete the crushing of the material. When working, the motor drives the spindle and turbine to rotate at a high speed, because the turbine and the tooth block on the screen ring keep a small gap, so that the material into the machine in the rotating air flow gap again grinding, in this process, the turbine absorbs a lot of air, which plays the role of cooling the machine, abrasive and conveying fine powder. What is different is that a certain number of moving needles and static needles are added to the turbine and the door respectively to achieve the purpose of pre-crushing materials entering the crushing zone. At the same time, a plane tooth ring is added on the door, which is consistent with the outer side of the end face of the blade, so as to avoid the coarse particles that are not fully crushed running out of the crushing chamber. The fineness of the material depends on the nature of the material and the aperture of the screen and the amount of material and air passing through.
