Working Princible

After years of technological research and development, as well as upgrades and improvements, our company has recently developed the LQF series fluidized bed jet mills. The LQF series fluidized bed jet crushers are a new generation of ultra-micro jet crushing equipment, integrating advanced international multi-nozzle technology, fluidized bed technology, and vertical classification technology. This achieves a diversified flow field, fluidized material layer, vertical classification, and electromechanical integration combination technology system, representing the development direction of jet mills.

Performance & Characteristics

The fluidized bed jet crusher combines crushing, classification, mixing, and homogenization mechanisms in one, achieving unique advantages in online operation, thus has the following characteristics:

(1) Uses a Laval crushing nozzle with a certain contraction angle, which provides a high impact speed. Particles are accelerated by the airflow nozzle and collide with each other, with the collision speed being the superposition of the two relative speeds, resulting in high crushing efficiency.
(2) Low energy consumption, compared with other types of jet mills, it can save energy by 30-40%.
(3) Since the main crushing action is the mutual impact and collision of particles in the fluidized bed, with high-speed particles rarely colliding with the mill walls and materials not passing through the nozzle, wear is extremely small, and it can even be used to crush materials with a Mohs hardness of up to 9.5.
(4) Equipped with a large-diameter vertical grouped rotor with high grouping precision, the product particle size distribution range is narrow, and the particle size adjustment is very convenient, not affected by the feed particle size.
(5) Wide range of applications, and can crush heat-sensitive materials.
(6) The equipment operates smoothly with low noise, far below the permissible value (<85dB).
(7) Compact structure, with a floor area reduced by 3-6 times and a volume reduced by 6-10 times compared to other traditional jet mills.
(8) The classification chamber can be flipped 180°, and the crushing chamber has a quick-opening door structure, making the equipment easy to clean and convenient for changing crushed varieties.
(9) Advanced automatic control functions make operation very convenient, safe, and reliable.
(10) The entire system operates in a fully enclosed manner, with an advanced and beautiful equipment appearance, practical, reflecting the good working environment and superior performance that modern powder processing technology should have.
