Working Princible
After years of technological research and development, upgrading and improvement, our company has developed the LQF series fluidized bed jet mill in recent years. The LQF series fluidized bed jet mill is a new generation of ultrafine jet milling equipment, integrating the advanced multi-nozzle technology, fluidized bed technology and vertical classification technology in the world. It realizes the combined technical system of diversified flow field, fluidized material layer, vertical classification and mechanical and electrical integration, and represents the development direction of jet mills.
Performance & Characteristics
The fluidized bed jet mill integrates the mechanisms of grinding, classification, mixing and homogenization to achieve the unique advantage of online operation. Therefore, it has the following characteristics:
(1) Using a Laval grinding nozzle with a certain contraction angle, the impact speed is high. The particles are accelerated by the air flow nozzle and then collide against each other. The impact speed is the superposition of the two relative speeds, resulting in high grinding efficiency.
(2) Low energy consumption. Compared with other types of jet mills, it can save energy by 30-40%.
(3) Since the main grinding effect is the mutual impact and collision of particles in the fluidized bed, and the high-speed particles rarely collide with the grinding wall and the materials do not pass through the nozzle, the wear is minimal. It can even be used to grind high-hardness materials with a Mohs hardness of up to 9.5.
(4) It is equipped with a large-diameter vertical group rotor with high classification accuracy. The particle size distribution range of the product is narrow, and the particle size adjustment is extremely convenient and is not affected by the feed particle size.
(5) Wide application range and capable of grinding heat-sensitive materials.
(6) The equipment operates stably with low noise, which is far lower than the allowable value (< 85 dB).
(7) Compact structure. The occupied area is reduced by 3-6 times compared with other traditional jet mills, and the volume is 6-10 times smaller.
(8) The classification chamber can be turned 180°, and the grinding chamber has a quick-opening door structure, making the equipment easy to clean and convenient to change the grinding varieties.
(9) Advanced automatic control function makes the operation very convenient, safe and reliable.
(10) The entire system operates in a fully enclosed manner. The equipment has an advanced, beautiful and practical appearance, reflecting the good working environment and superior performance that modern deep processing technology of powder should have.
