Working Princible
After years of technological research and development, our company has recently developed the LQF series fluidized bed air mill. The LQF series fluidized bed air mill is a new generation of ultra-fine air milling equipment. It integrates advanced multi-nozzle technology, fluidized bed technology, and vertical classification technology, achieving diversified flow fields, fluidized material layers, vertical classification, and an integrated system of electromechanical combination technology. This represents the direction of development for air mills.
Performance & Characteristics
The fluidized bed air jet mill integrates crushing, classification, mixing, and homogenization mechanisms, achieving unique advantages of online operation. Therefore, it has the following features:
(1) It uses a Laval crushing nozzle with a certain expansion angle, which provides high impact speed. The particles are accelerated by the airflow nozzle and then collide against each other, resulting in a collision speed that is the superposition of the two relative speeds, thus achieving high crushing efficiency.
(2) Low energy consumption: Compared with other types of air jet mills, it can save 30-40% energy.
(3) The main crushing action is the mutual impact and collision of particles in the fluidized bed. High-speed particles rarely collide with the mill wall, and the material does not pass through the nozzle, resulting in minimal wear. It can even be used to crush materials with a Mohs hardness up to 9.5.
(4) Equipped with a large-diameter vertical group rotor with high grouping accuracy, the product's particle size distribution range is narrow, and particle size adjustment is extremely convenient, unaffected by the feed particle size.
(5) Broad application range and capable of crushing temperature-sensitive materials.
(6) Stable operation and low noise, far below the permissible value (<85dB).
(7) Compact structure, occupying only 3-6 times less space compared to other traditional air jet mills, and its volume is 6-10 times smaller.
(8) The classification chamber can be flipped 180°, and the crushing chamber has a quick-open door structure, making equipment cleaning easy and changing crushing varieties convenient.
(9) Advanced automatic control functions make operation very convenient and safe and reliable.
(10) The entire system operates in a fully enclosed manner, with an advanced and practical appearance, reflecting the good working environment and superior performance that modern powder processing technology should have.
