Fluidized bed airflow micronizer machine
After entering the grinding chamber, the material is fluidized under the action of the centripetal countercurrent jet field formed by the high-speed compressed jet stream. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of multiple nozzles, generating intense impact, collision, and friction, resulting in comminution. The finely ground powder moves with the airflow to the upper classification chamber. Due to the high-speed rotation of the classifier wheel, coarse particles are returned to the grinding chamber under centrifugal force for further grinding, while the fine powder meeting the fineness requirements is discharged from the exhaust port and collected in the cyclone separator and dust collector. Dust-laden gas undergoes gas-solid separation within the dust collector, and the gas is then exhausted by the induced draft fan.
