The machine is principally composed of the body and the grinding disc assembly. The grinding disc is directly driven by a motor, ensuring a high grinding line velocity. Multiple rows of grinding blades are mounted on the grinding disc, while a number of stationary blades are installed on both sides of the machine body, maintaining a certain gap with the rotating blades. The machine is mounted and connected to a vertical duct. Once the material enters the chamber, under the impact of the high-speed rotating grinding blades, adhesive agglomerates are broken down. This equipment is suitable for the fragmentation of agglomerated materials and can also function as a coarse grinder post-feed.
It can be widely applied in various industries including dyes, pigments, pesticides, chemicals, and food, making it an ideal pre-crushing device for use on production lines. It is capable of operating under both dry processing and wet processing conditions.
