Working Princible

The crushing chamber of this machine consists of shell, door, spindle, turbine components, screen components, feed hopper and discharge pipe and other components, which mainly utilizes the vortex produced at the back of the turbine blades to complete the crushing of materials. When working, the motor drives the spindle and turbine rotating at high speed, due to the turbine and screen ring on the tooth block to maintain a small gap, so that the material into the machine in the gap in the rotating airflow grinding again, in the process, the turbine sucked in a large amount of air, played a role in cooling the machine, abrasive and delivery of fine powder, distinctive in the turbine and the door were added to a certain number of moving needles and static needles to achieve a pre-crushing of the material into the crushing area of the purpose. The difference is that a certain number of movable and static needles are added to the turbine and the door respectively to achieve the purpose of pre-crushing the materials entering the crushing area. The fineness of the material crushed depends on the nature of the material and the aperture of the screen and the amount of material and air passing through.
