The high-speed jet generated after the pressurized gas passes through the feeding ejector nozzle forms a negative pressure in the feeding mixing chamber, which enables the pulverized raw materials to be automatically sucked into the mixing chamber and then sprayed by the jet into the pulverizing chamber. There are several nozzles around the pulverizing chamber that eject supersonic jets into the pulverizing chamber, causing the particles entering the pulverizing chamber to collide violently and be pulverized by self-grinding. Coarse particles are circulated back to the pulverizing chamber to continue being pulverized, while fine particles are discharged from the central discharge port, thus obtaining uniform ultrafine particles.
