After the material enters the grinding chamber, it is fluidized under the action of a centrifugal counterflow ejection field formed by high-speed compressed jets. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of multiple nozzles, producing intense impact, collision, and friction for grinding. The ground fine powder moves together with the airflow to the upper classification chamber. Due to the high-speed rotation of the classifier, coarse powder is returned to the grinding chamber for further grinding, and the fine powder that meets the fineness requirements is discharged from the exhaust port, enters the cyclone separator and dust collector, and is collected. Dust-laden gas undergoes gas-solid separation in the dust collector, and the gas is exhausted by the induced fan.
