Working Princible

The Crushing Chamber of this machine is composed of shell, door, spindle, turbine components, screen components, feed hopper and discharge pipe, etc. , out of the vortex to complete the crushing of the material. When working, the motor drives the main shaft and the turbine to rotate at high speed. Because the turbine maintains a small gap with the teeth on the screen ring, the material entering the machine is grinded again in the gap of the rotating air flow, the turbine takes in a lot of air and acts as a cooling machine, abrasive and conveying fine powder. What is unusual is that a certain number of moving and static needles are added to the turbine and the door respectively, the aim of pre-grinding the material entering the Comminution area is achieved. At the same time, a plane tooth ring is added on the machine door, which coincides with the outer side of the end face of the blade, so as to avoid the coarse particles running out of the crushing cavity without being fully crushed. The crushing fineness of the material depends on the material, the nature of the material and the sieve aperture and the material and air flow.
