Fluidized bed airflow grinding machine

Working Princible

After the material enters the crushing chamber, it is fluidized under the action of the centripetal countercurrent jet field formed by the high-speed compression jet, the material that is accelerated converges at the intersection point of multiple nozzles, produces violent impact, collision, friction and crushing, the fine powder that is crushed moves together with the air flow to the upper stage chamber, due to the high-speed rotation of the grading wheel, the coarse powder returns to the crushing chamber under the action of centrifugal force to continue crushing, and the fine powder that meets the fineness requirements is discharged from the exhaust port, enters the cyclone separator and the dust collector and is collected, and the dust-containing gas carries out gas-solid separation in the dust collector. The gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.
 

Performance & Characteristics
