Working Princible

The high-speed jet generated after the pressure gas passes through the feeding ejector nozzle forms negative pressure in the feeding mixing chamber, so that the crushed raw materials are automatically sucked into the mixing chamber and sprayed into the crushing chamber by the jet. There are several nozzles on the periphery of the crushing chamber to spray supersonic jets into the crushing chamber, so that the particles entering the crushing chamber collide violently and are crushed by self-grinding. The coarse particles return to the crushing chamber circularly to continue crushing, and the fine particles are discharged from the central discharge port to obtain uniform ultrafine particles.

Performance & Characteristics

1. It is suitable for dry ultramicro process. Due to its high impact speed, it can reach Mach 2 or above, and it is easy to obtain particles of 1-10 microns in general.
2. Compared with the fluidized bed jet mill, the controllability of grinding fineness is poor, but it has a good grinding effect for materials with viscosity, and the phenomenon that materials can not be crushed due to blockage will not occur during the grinding process.
3. No temperature rise, the temperature drops in the crushing process due to the compression of the gas nozzle, and there is no mechanical friction process, so the crushing process will not raise the temperature, which is suitable for the crushing of heat-sensitive and low-melting materials.
4. The equipment has the advantages of short crushing time, simple structure, no moving parts, convenient operation and maintenance, small floor space, low noise and no vibration.
5. The crushing efficiency is high, continuous crushing can be carried out, and the purity of crushed products can be guaranteed.
