Product Description

This machine consists of an electric motor, a swinging hammer rotating body composed of various types of blades (knives, axes, hammers), a feed opening, a discharge opening, a crushing chamber, and a screen. Once the material enters the hammer working area, it is crushed by the impact force generated by the high-speed circular motion of multiple swinging hammers driven by the motor. The crushed material gains kinetic energy from the hammers and is further crushed by impacting the crushing baffle at high speed. Material smaller than the screen mesh size is discharged from the bottom of the machine, while larger particles rebound off the baffle and are subjected to additional impacts from the hammers for further crushing. Throughout the crushing process, the material also crushes by impacting and colliding with each other. The product particle size is mainly controlled and adjusted by the screen mesh size, and it can also be adjusted by changing the rotation speed.
